    Received a none working item due to a dead battery from sitting and not being used for a long time . but the seller handled and resolved it professionally. As fraustrated as i was , he took care of me . Communication was excellent and sent me a replacement. I would definitely buy from him again.

    Item dead on arrival, unresponsive, and shipped in opened package. seller ignored me when I tried to reach out to them before leaving feedback. Shipping costs were surprisingly high and for an item this small, it was extremely slow to arrive. Disappointing for a seller with a rating this consistently high, but I will not be considering them again for their lack of customer service and contact. Avoid.

    USPS dropped the ball for a while and that was frustrating, but the seller did everything right and I finally received my earbud. I spent a lot of money on these Sennheiser earbuds and the right bud went bad which was very upsetting. I now could not be happier. I was hoping that the correct model was sent and yes he got it exactly right. I highly recommend this seller!
