  its okay. I had tried it at a trade show once and I adored the product but it was way out of my price range as a single mother. The quality of the product is fine, but it doesnt heat up quickly, and it tends to get hair stuck in it and it rips your hair. I got it to curl my hair, and I find my hair getting more tangled than anything. I dont know whats going on, but I was so excited to have found this product in good condition on eBay, but it just didnt live up to my expectations
