  I bought these with the understanding that they were to be the i5-8500t m920q as per the description with an NVME drive. However I received the i5-8400t m720q with SSD. Once I reached out to the seller they made it right with me by sending me the NVME drive and another 16gb of memory for the processor not being correct to the description. For my circumstances I was alright with this. I feel like I have written a fair and honest review of the situation and gave stars accordingly.

  Scammer, the worst seller I have ever bought from, I ordered 20 laptops, most of which did not match the description, he sent me 15 defective chargers, the shipping time was much slower than expected, 5 laptops were defective and the seller is not responsible, the quality of all the laptops was poor, they are physically scratched on the casing, I recommend not buying anything from him, I hope eBay removes him from the platform.

  Good customer service, answered all questions I had and made sure the laptop was in full working condition. Had a problem with the battery failing to hold a charge and they sent a brand new one ASAP with fast shipping, kept me updated through the process and did whatever they could to make sure I was happy as the customer.   This item was ordered on the 22nd of Feb. I was expecting nothing less than quality I have got from other purchases condition (well I don't know it still hasn't shipped)! value (well don't know don't have it yet) I chatted and voiced my concerns about it not being shipped yet and was met with less than ideal response. Stay away would not refund after first week not shipping the item . I immediately ordered a backup plan after 1st week of not shipping!it arrives today from different seller .
