    The unit was clearly not New and provided in an opened box with the serial number REMOVED. The voice counter indicated that it had completed 68 twenty-minute cycles. The seller said they couldn t provide a replacement in an unopened box because they have to test them. They have a one-year manufacturer s warranty, so no need to test as a retailer. Why remove the serial #? Is the warranty valid? Also, Theradome sells direct and offers 6 month no question returns. Why would they need to test them?

    This buyer has been reported for fraudulent returns and is being investigated by eBay for it. This buyer is in Australia and does not want to pay for a return for his buyer's remorse return. The unit worked Perfectly upon inspection with 7 completed sessions including the ones he used before opening a return. We always test our units before shipping internationally. I have a 22 year track record as a good and honest seller. This buyer does not.
