  Brand new out of the box. Ordered on the 7th from USA to UK. Arrived on the 19th at my doorstep. There was a slight miscommunication regarding the UPS tracking code but that was resolved fairly quickly upon contacting the seller. Additional vat is paid after the item is shipped - maybe this should also be indicated so it does not come as a surprise to overseas buyers. I am very pleased with this purchase as everything is as described. I may update my comment after I use it for a while. Thank u!

  Happy with purchase and fast shipping, however seller communications was once to 3 inquires. It is listed as a De Buyer 11" Stainless Steel Fry Pan. It is a carbon steel (big difference) pan with a stainless steel handle. They would not verify if it was stainless or carbon steel? They did tell me they are an authorized dealer for De Buyer. If that is so they need to list it correctly and not have customers "take a chance" it will be the carbon steel they were meaning to purchase. De Buyer is ++

  We were not expecting this till just before Xmas so were pleased when it arrived early at the weekend. Although the box was damaged in transit, the Canner had been well packaged and care had been taken to protect the box and its content as much as possible. The Canner itself is excellent and is already in use. In addition we could never have bought it for this price in the UK so it was a very good buy from Devinesuperstore. Thank you
