    Shipping took 13 days to get to me this is unacceptable . I need the item but the shipping was poor , would paid more to use reliable shipping option. Ups should update system regularly , since I paid for shipping think should had better service, i talked to seller and said bad weather was cause .

    Thank you for understanding. Even though I shipped on time there were weather delays and also a couple of Federal days in which USPS did not run. USPS had an alert on their site: "Alert: WINTER STORMS IN THE SOUTHERN, SOUTHEAST, AND NORTHEAST AND WILDFIRES AND EMERGENCY EVENTS IN THE LOS ANGELES METRO AREA U.S. MAY DELAY FINAL DELIVERY OF YOUR MAIL AND PACKAGES."
