    I am a return customer here, but have to mark this as neutral this time. Rhinestone chain is of good quality, looks as pictured, received fast and packaged carefully. Only issue is that I ordered AB colour (not clear). I contacted the seller upon receiving it and told them of the problem, but they didn't reply. At least, it wasn't as expensive as other SS6 chains, so I'm letting this go - although I don't use this crystal colour in my work. Sorry to be writing a lesser review and not all 5 stars

    Ordering format is confusing ah. Ordered 3 separate colors and got 3 orders of mixed colors. The size chart was also not great, they were all the wrong (for my needs) sizes. I wanted to return for refund, but the return address was half in Chinese, so I emailed the seller and didn't hear back for over a week. Reached out to ebay for help and after 20 min mostly on hold, she tells me to email the seller. Now it's too late to get a refund, and ebay closed the case. Overall not a great experience.
