I was bummed, but hey, I took a chance. Received it the following day, with a refund. He very easily could've kept the $$ and said that he fixed it, how would I have known? Cost is a tiny fraction of new. Speed of shipping is on you so you can easily make it a few weeks and save a few dollars. The repair with a call to clarify the issue was just a couple of days. I have waited to put over 1000 miles on this instrument cluster. and it works like new with no issues at all. I used them back in 2017 and that unit has over 200,000 flawless miles on it.
