Product arrived not overpacked, only in a plastic bag, several boxes were damaged, but the filters themselves made it intact. Would buy from again but would communicate with seller before purchase.

    Shipped fast, well packaged, so I give the seller 5 stars. I didn't like the actual item because the lock was very difficult to operate, and I eventually got tired of fighting with it and replaced it. But I'm not knocking the seller at all, just the manufacturer. The seller is great and I have no reservations about doing business with them again.
