    My glass range was damaged in transit. I received a full refund and the company was very kind and refunded my money. I can tell even with how the glass was broken that the item was well taken care of. The frame was in good shape. Communication was in a timely manner on EBay. I wish I could’ve used it.     Item arrived in the timeframe stated by the seller and the part did work to make the needed repair. Unfortunately, seller did not respond to message or comply with the request to delay shipping by a couple of days so the package would not be left unsecured for days during my absense. Fortunately, it was small enough to be placed in the mailbox and was there when I returned home. I would recommend this seller for parts when needed but keep in mind shipping timeframes when placing the order.
