    I ordered an expensive suitcase from Salvatore Ferragamo. According to the photos, it was supposed to be a flawless product. But the item I received took my breath away. Several really big scratches that were retouched in the photos. Moreover, the seller does not respond to messages. I became a victim of fraud.

    Hello, I apologize for experience. this was a international order, so when I ship out the item, the item goes to a distribution center. not directly to the buyer. eBay has stated any orders that shipped internationally this way, since I was not the last personal that touching the product. this type of review would not be valid. I did go back through my messages. and I apologize for missing it. you are welcome to return the bag for a full refund. I'm not that tech savvy, I don't know how to touch
