  Received watch not working. Sent message to seller. They said take to jeweler and have battery replaced. Yes new battery was needed. There was corrosion on old battery and inside watch. Jeweler cleaned best she could. Hope this watch holds up, my last one did not last over 3 years. But good communication with seller but this needs to be checked prior to selling a watch. Seller paid battery replacement expense. Not every jewelry department changes batteries in a Burberry watch.
