    Item came to me as used salvaged. It had scratches on the front with a wire connector missing. Definitely not New in open box for testing as I was led to believe in the description. I contacted the seller to exchange the product and he told me that I was not a professional and didn't know what I was doing. He didn't even know how I was able to take it apart. He offerd a deal on another one I started a return and EBAY gave me a refund in less than 24 hours. I will not buy from this seller again.

    NO EBAY DIDNT GIVE YOU THE REFUND I DID you tore it apart complaining of a missing clip that does not exsit and then expected me to replace it after you broke it i gave you the refund just to be done with you , this is not a good ebay buyer would not sell to again.
