    Very happy with the item, speed of delivery, packing and especially the 1-year warranty. It is a replacement for my current one. I contacted NutriBullet to buy the broken piece, but they refused to sell it to me. Instead they offered a 10% discount on a new one, which was still more money than the refurbished on on eBay.     The UPS guy that delivered it in an upside down carton, suggested that I unpack it and let it settle right side up before I plugged it in. I did that and now I know that the air conditioner actually cools. It does and I am pleased. Thank you for selling it to me.
