    All was good with the service and delivery. There was one problem with misrepresentation. The item DID NOT come in a box like the picture showed. This means that the only way I know that the expiration date was 12/2026 is solely by taking the word of the seller. I still believe that Epson is overcharging for their "BLACK" ink, NOT because it's more expensive to make than the colored inks.

    The Ink arrived late and safely in factory sealed plastic, but not in the Epson box as depicted. Probably the Seller's effort to cut postal costs. Can't say I blame him considering ever increasing postal rates and diminished postal services.

    The printer cartridge did not work as expected, but the seller offered easy ways to try to fix it and quickly offered a refund when the difficulty could not be resolved. The product was in its original sealed wrap, and thus it was not the seller's fault. However, I recommend that for similar products that the seller try to find out and prominently indicate when the product was originally packaged to assist buyers in better assessing the risk in this type of transaction.

    Actually, I haven't opened the original cartridge ribbon packaging, but they look fine; almost new looking! I was sent a third cartridge ribbon which I didn't order (but greatly appreciate), and it had a scissors cut on one corner, but I don't think it was large enough for the cartridge to have gotten out. It was 85 degrees here when the package was delivered to my mailbox, but I retrieved it in less than 10 minutes of when it was delivered, so I don't believe they suffered any heat damage.
