    Was sent a faulty reel, it casts about 20 yards and then stops.......trouble shot everything and even put new line on. Also, you can tell the box was opened before and was probably a return for the same reason. I reached out to the seller twice with no response. I understand you have a no return policy but if it doesn't work that doesn't work for me. I'm out $40. I simple reply would of worked for me or maybe....Hey send it back and we will send you another. Oh how times have changed!!!
