    I was pleasantly surprised how fast I received the printer in a near brand new condition. The printer was packaged exactly how it was depicted in photos. It worked flawlessly right out of the box with provided cables and instuctions. It is a great value and I am glad I purchased this product for my businees to replace a broken printer.     Tray had a crack but still worked. It was well packed and package delivered undamaged so I don’t believe it was damaged during shipping. The price was good and it didn’t affect function so never bothered contacting the seller. Over all good experience. I have bought from them before and will continue to when needed.

    Can not praise seller enough!!! We moved recently. Ebay sent order to the wrong address. Seller intervened, had package returned and resent to new address.
