  I ordered a patio umbrella on 4/15. Seller created a tracking number 4/16 indicating order had shipped. On 4/22 item had not been turned over to shipping company. I contacted seller who assured me the item would be shipped shortly. On 4/29 order STILL had not shipped. Contacted the seller again, asking to confirm the item was being sent and they cancelled my order stating "customer requested cancellation." Not true, seller stated supplier accident.
