We are resellers for all brands of printer parts and consumables including both OEM and Compatible toners. We represent major brands like Canon, Kyocera, HP, KIP, Lexmark and many more. Our eBay inventory consists of items that we have overstock on or have been unopened as part of a trade-in or return from one of our customers.     Product arrived box looked in good condition, Product was damaged in transportation. This had nothing to do with the seller. Watched delivery of material handled like a sack of potatoes when brought in to building, I knew it would be trouble. Drum unit spewed developer material so i knew the end seals were damaged by placing it on its end instead of bottom(threw it away)-----Again this had nothing to do with the seller. It was send packed well , just mishandled in transportation.
