  One arrived broken probably should have been individually tissue wrapped rather that all together in a plastic bag. The seller is great and had the packing around the bag, Nice product.

  I was so sorry to hear that, my mistake. I honestly thought as packed as they were in the box they would have been safe. Was it one of elves that came off the top?
