  I ordered 84000 8/4 Wire Cord SOOW , Rubber Coated, 8 Gauge, 4 Conductor, 600V PER/FOOT and instead was sent STW that was not rubber coated. I was out of town so wasn't able to open shipment within the 30 day return window. Even though I was not sent what I ordered, seller refused to refund my $380.36 purchase. Dishonest seller! Contacted eBay customer service and they resolved the issue.
