  The shipping was a little long because of the snow storm, but thats totally fine. When opening the package, the packaging was very safe for the instrument. I was now lied to and the clarinet came as described. Im a band director and this instrument is a great instrument and the value I got it for was one I could not pass up! Great backup instrument when my professional clarinet will go to the shop!

  Great seller! Shipped quickly and packed very securely. Description said it was used, but I didn't see anything about the thread to hold the tails together and to the body was broken, possible that I missed that info in the description, but it was an easy fix.   Figure was received opened and not new, (like new) but description was wrong. There was a hair within box also. Seller was understanding and accepted the return, it was on my that inspected the wrong return reason, and when trying to connect with the seller to provide a return label or correct the issue, seller never responded. Reason for negaitve review, could’ve have tried a bit more.
