    The item is the correct part for the vehicle. The first package was late; arrived from the USPS but there was no part due to a hole in the bag. We contacted the seller and sent pictures of the packing and he graciously resent another part no charge. The second part arrived intact and undamaged in the packing. It was not the seller fault the package was damaged, it appeared to be torn in transit from USPS and the part was lost.

    The seller lists fraudulent items and research shows many other sellers in this category are also guilty. This is actually unlawful. His listing description states 'Denso' spark plugs an internationally known manufacturer however, sellers company name is seen on the product and included in my 'item return' case and Denso is not seen on the delivered item or packaging. Is eBay too busy investigating member outside dealing and not watching the important stuff. Thanks Order number: 03-12272-13237
