  The item was exactly as described. The seller was very prompt in resolving a shipping mix-up and communicated courteously throughout the process. I did experience some difficulty with the prongs not making consistent contact, as they are much thinner than the original; however, a slight adjustment significantly improved the connection.   Item came broken. Seller wouldn't split the cost 50/50. They just kept offering the same amount off, which wasn't a fair offer. I said no, and to start the return process. They then offered the same deal again (and again), I replied no, and to start the return process, and that the amount they kept offering would never be enough. Finally, enough time passed that I could get Ebay involved. Ítem is in the mail on it's way back now. I do not recommend this seller!
