    Disappointed actually. This seller sent me a brand new jacket in a box, didn’t wrap the jacket in plastic or anything. The box got wet and rained on. I’m done shopping on here. It’s become to annoying. And now isn’t responding. This platform has become garbage.

    I ordered size XL coat for a ski trip for my husband. Product looked as described and in good condition with tags. My husband packed it and realized when we were already on the trip out of the country it was not XL but XXL. He had no other coat options at the time and had to make due with it. Seller offered a return but since he had to wear it at the time this was not an option. Seller apologized for error. Would have been nice to offer a discount or something for next purchase at their store.
