  C- overall grade. Cheap, thin walled tool box even though it is on wheels. No tracking, so I had no idea when it would arrive, and FedEx did NOT follow the delivery instructions printed on the label “…put inside porch door…” This package sat outside on my front steps for TWO DAYS until I got home. It could have been pirated! This is the responsibility of the seller and shipper, FedEx. My label is CLEAR. This failure to follow delivery instructions is unacceptable.
