  Well it's not just this seller. But again it was put into a plastic shipping bag. And you really expect it to arrive in working order, really? I know it's cheaper this way but now many people have the same problem. So each company has to refund or send another one to replace the broken one. How is the end result result cheaper. I just don't get it. So again I had to open it up to repair it to make it work. Now in working order
