    Disappointed with this seller, they shipped a CD and it was not packaged properly. It was damaged during shipping, this seller tried to claim that it was in their description. But according to the listing it was BRAND NEW un-damaged. They could have easily changed the description after I purchased it to say what they wanted it to say. I asked if they would accept a return since it’s damaged. The seller offered me a measly $2 for my return. I opened a case, returned it and got all my money back.

    First, you can't change a description to an auction after an item is bought, so that's not true. 2nd it was listed that a jewel case may (or may not) have some damage. The damage in question was a small tiny crack less than an inch in the front of the jewel case. Offering $2 was generous. Beware of this buyer!
