  The seller had issues with shipping. When I contacted the seller, he stated that he was having issues with lost packages with the post office. He offered a refund right away and apologized for trouble. I'm bummed that the package was lost, but impressed with the seller's honesty and integrity.

  Let me start by saying this seller is an awesome seller, I had ordered a web cam and I kept waiting for any tracking info, but no updates on the shipping. Knowing parts of the US was getting pelted with snow and extreme cold weather, I patiently waited and gave it a week after the latest eta and still no updates. I kept in contact with seller, and we believed it to be lost in transit. Seller then issued me a full refund. An amazing seller!!!

  Following some initial dissatisfaction, it was realized with active follow up from the seller, that the item simply did not make it from the US to Canadian destination. In several email transmissions, the seller made right with a full refund with notation to keep the item should it arrive as a good faith apology for the inconveniences. I advised I’d gladly return the item should it arrive or fulfill the initial purchase agreement as intended as seller should not be out of pocket.Positive remedy
