    This seller did not send the pictured items. This seller sent items that were a completely different style that had unwanted logos printed on them that were unattractive to me. I contacted the seller to give them a chance to make things right before leaving negative feedback. Keep in mind that this seller did not send the pictured items and did not include return labels. After I contacted them, they responded by saying “do not threaten me”. This seller does not engage in proper commerce.

    ma'am you told me your not returning my items so there for no refund. why would i allow you to keep what you claim you do not want . you messaged me 10 times in a total of 5 mins. in order to recieve a refund you must return the item not keep it. thanks for the feedback

    I greatly enjoy the glassware, you I'll do excellent work and a big fan of your products. Unfortunately, what I received was not what was in the picture and I can't really use the ash catcher that was sent with my current setup, wrong angle, but I will make it work.
