The parts looked just like the photos in the listing, so no surprises when I opened the well packaged box. Finding parts for a 20yr old Thermador stove is challenging.     The touchpad was in great condition. It was better than described and really looks brand new. Shipping was great. The unit which is fragile was professionally packaged and well protected. The part worked great and solved my problem. Dr. Frankenstove was superior in their communication. Their response time was really quick and support was outstanding.
