  I used eBays guaranteed fit for my 2013 GL550. On arrival found two big issues. Product was packaged so terribly that 1 of mounting brackets was broke. Cause they shipped from China using only 3 thin foam sheets. So it slammed into sides during the ride. Also… it wasn’t even right grill. Then the seller argued still that it’s not their fault and try to have a shop fix it. Then they started to make fun of eBay for being mean to sellers. 10/10 do NOT buy. I’m a normal unbiased buyer FYI.

  you did not provide the photo of the broken box and said we sent you the broken one. We sent the item with good one without problem. Then, you asked us to refund you directly with some threaten words. Otherwise, you will report ebay, report Paypal report...... you had asked credit card company to charge the money back before those reports. Why keep asking us to refund you. You need to check with credit card company why it still not credit back (i believe it is credit cycle time from bank)
