  If I could give 10 stars, I would. From the get go, the seller was polite, diligent and communicative. Unfortunately, we ran into some technical issues with the shipper, UPS, but the seller went above and beyond. He answered all of my questions and concerns in a timely manner and probably ended up spending a good amount of time on the phone with UPS to solve the issue that UPS created.
