Unfortunately Royal Mail damaged the packaging which allowed the collar to fall out and become lost. DSF immediately sent a replacement, no questions asked. This subsequently was lost by Royal Mail. DSF immediately sent another replacement which thankfully arrived safely. So, brilliant service from DSF, I highly recommend this company.
