  We replied immediately and noticed the wheels were purchased over one month ago, mounted wheels to tires are not covered under warranty especially when they have been (balanced). If a wheel was balanced and off the machine, wheel is true and straight. If the wheel was damaged you can always buy replacment on manufacture site ESMWheels. Thanks,
