  The item was as pictured. Discount price was given and that made up for the $9.99 shipping charge. While the item did arrive as scheduled I was surprised at the minimal effort with regards to the packaging of the item. While the statue was wrapped with some bubble wrap, it was then rolled up in a piece of USPS cardboard priority box and then placed in a USPS priority cardboard box with nothing else to secure it from moving side to side within the box.

  The beautiful Weller vase was damaged in transit. The seller wrapped the vase super well and the shipping box was in perfect condition when it arrived.   It' was exactly as advertised. Seller went the extra mile. At the last second less than a week before Christmas I ordered the decoy as a gift. I left a message asking if there was anything he could do so I could receive by Christmas and he had it sent out just a few hours later and I did get it before Christmas. Saved the day.   This lamp was a beautiful listing, but alas was dropped and damaged somewhat and taken off the listing. I asked, and the seller offered me a good price, which I accepted.. He shipped it well packed, but it arrived so damaged and broken up it was beyond repair. I sent him pictures & described the damage. He immediately filed an insurance claim with USPS & I was given a full refund. He was very nice to deal with and I will hopefully do business with him again. Thanks so much.
