    The wrong item was sent. I sent 2 emails, contacted seller via eBay and left 2 voicemails and never got any response. Finally called store and spoke to someone. Said owner would call me back which they never did. Received a refund and STILL no correspondence. For a merchant claiming they are a small business I’m shocked at the lack of customer service. First pic is duck ordered, second is the one I received.

    I did not receive the item I ordered. I ordered "Gandalf: You shall not pass." It was listed as the last one available. I received "Gandalf the Gray." I wrote to the seller. No response. i contacted Ebay and will have to return the wrong item. Meanwhile, still no response from the seller. I am very disappointed.

    Within 30 minutes of placing my order, I put in for a cancellation and also messaged the seller with my request in order to get the notification to them as quickly as possible. Three days later, I receive a notification that my order can’t be cancelled. There was never any response and I had to get eBay involved. There’s a reason that this seller has a bad rating. Don’t waste Your time or money.
