  I am beyond upset. This seller advertises a color that is NOT THE RIGHT COLOR for the product they send!! The ad is for SIENNA BROWN, and TWICE this seller has sent me DARK OAK as clearly written on the box from the manufacturer. I pointed out the error the first time, returned the chairs, and reordered the chairs by a putatively different seller who turned out the be the same seller under a different alias. And they sent the same exact package of chairs that I returned the first time.

  Exactly what I ordered, didn't actually come with string but that's fine because I just needed the dials and a different type of string. Will be using these to repair prosthetic Limbs for folks without insurance. Very happy, if this seller offers the black and white string or the standard white string i will likely purchase from them. Super communicative every step of the way and product got here quickly.
