    I bought a cup that was listed as 'new' as a gift for father's day and received a cup with defects (chipped paint around handle and stains). I even took a picture of it and sent it to the seller but response was shocking. The seller told me I am being confused with another seller. How can I be confused with another seller when I bought it from you? Very disappointing, unprofessional, and rude. Worst seller I've ever experience on ebay.

    Reported to ebay, they are playing games. Not even CLOSE to the cup we sent them, the color isn't even right. My listing showed Actual Pictures and none of their "issues" were present in my original pics, we've been here 25+ years :-)
