I ordered a Ender 3 V2 but they were out of stock so they gave me the choice to wait on V2 stock or upgrade to a V2 Neo for free so it could be shipped out quickly. I took the upgrade. The printer came well packed in it's factory box with all of the accessories and documentation it would've from the factory. Printer looked new except for a couple cosmetic imperfections and the print surface plate had a blemish. Printer worked perfectly after setup. 10/10!

    This is my 2nd printer from the same seller. Just as with the last one, this arrived in near perfect condition. Setup was straightforward, Seller's communication was fast, (and prevented me from doing something very stupid.) this seller goes far above and beyond the call of duty. Sellers like this are few and in between.
