  The item was well packaged in the manufacturer's original shipping box, so it arrived in brand new conditioned as listed. So good marks to the seller for that. However, if you are expecting this seller to ship immediately or to respond to questions when they don't, you should find a different seller. 6 days after I had ordered and paid for the item, I sent a message checking on my order status, to which there was no response whatsoever. The item actually shipped a few days after that.
