    The lights arrived damaged, half the strand displayed the wrong color, and then would not turn on at all. The USB looks bent, probably a manufacturing error, which is unfortunate but understandable so I contacted the seller and they agreed to send a replacement. I waited a month, nothing came, no reply to my follow up questions. I tried to return the item officially for the Ebay money back guarantee and the seller denied/closed my return and now I cannot even get the money back. 0/10 Be careful.

    There was 2 items in the order, one was as described, the other one was damaged during shipping. The items were wrapped with bubble wrap but I believe the box was too small, causing the damage.
