  I guess because I didn't pay top dollar for this cart I shouldn't expect too much. However, when it arrived, two of the pole holders where dented and I had to use a pliers and muscle them back into reasonably circular shapes so I could slide the poles/rails in into them. Also, whe tightening the nuts onto the bolts that hold the wheels, one of the bolts snapped off. I didn't overtighten and the weld job on the broken bolt looked pretty shabby. Item was not very well packed. Styrofoam everywhere.

  They say it is a Network Rack but never sent me the correct hardware. Sent the Rails and other things but not the hardware to make it. Says networking but is made for a AV rack and not servers and other things.
