  I sent the seller a request for the 12 page instructions in English. It is mandarin. They sent back the several paragraphs that appear in the eBay listing. I could have given them a negative rating but I have stumbled through the setup and it appears that it is working satisfactorily. I am docking them one star on customer service.

  Item arrived not inside a shipping box just the items package itself and was not even taped closed. Set everything up and it doesn’t work. There is No Power, No Lights, No Sound, No Nothing!
