Item arrived well packaged and as described. The only issue was that the 2DS had been factory reset and the pre-installed Tomodachi Life game had been deleted. Not to worry though, I worked out how to re-install it from the Shop after connecting the device to the internet, and my daughter is delighted with it! Excellent value for money.
