  The box came in with all the items I had ordered. Very fragile China. The box was damaged. But this vendor put so much time into wrapping each individual piece and padding that box. I think you could’ve thrown it off a 10 story building and the pieces would have survived. Not a chip, not a scratch great vendor to work with and really knows how to package the product.   Coffee Pot was new as described. I would have liked it if the item was overpacked in another box instead of just wrapped a plastic USPS Bag. The shipment arrived with some slight damage to the vbox but the coffee maker works and the glassware was not broken.
