    I purchased a harmonica from this company, but unfortunately the package they sent had the box but it was empty with no harmonica. This has never happened to me before.     Item shipped fast. Outer packaging appeared damaged in transit. When I opened harmonica case, I saw screws loose in the case. The spare parts case was broken, probably in transit due to contact with the heavy harmonica. This caused a dent on the bottom of the harmonica pictured below. I contacted seller and detailed the above situation with pics. They quickly responded and gave me two options- return or partial refund. Seeing as this was a small cosmetic issue I took refund. Good seller. Happy.
