  Easy install, just what I needed. I’d use them again if they had what I needed. The shipping worked out, the post office gets the ding for not scanning and updating on receipt of the box. Not the sellers fault in anyway. They were responsive to messages asking about status. All in all a great transaction by the seller.

  This site sells two different types of GE Badges, I received the wrong item. After many emails no response to try and fix this error was made. I placed the item back in its envelope marked as “Return to Sender” with another email informing them of the return and to make this purchase Right or Not. The action taken would truly show what kind of seller and business this is. Picture 1 was ordered and listed on my invoice. Picture 2 was what I received. Both photos were downloaded fr their site

  The item has been shipped exactly as described in the listing. Genuine GE manufacturer part. We do not really understand what is wrong with the item. Provide a prepaid return shipping label to the buyer to return the item, but the buyer did not use the shipping label.
