    The owner went out of his way to accommodate and refunded my purchase even though it was packed and issued postage. Because I was going overseas and the duffel bag wouldn't reach my home, he worked wit me and got me a speedy refund. And it's a shame because these large duffel bags (n my purchase) are durable and cost efficient given the good quality manufacturing.     This scent is pretty old and the listing was accurate saying it was still in its original packaging, so when I had issues with the nozzle falling apart I knew the seller wasn’t to blame directly. I contacted them in the hopes that I could get a partial refund to pay for a bottle to decant this fragrance into and the seller was more than accommodating and understanding.
