  Hay Mover was exactly as described...wonderful quality!! By far the best price out of other sellers. Seller responded to emails about shipping details and product shipped fast and with no issues...which surprised me being an almost 400 lb box. I would definitely buy from this seller again!! (Side note.....this was our 1st bale we moved and we adjusted the spikes after this to sit under the bale better) Such a nice feature being able to adjust to different size bales!!

  When the press arrived the box was damaged and there were a few missing parts. I contacted the seller and the communication was great. They immediately sent out the missing parts and the press works great. It's a good tool for the money . I'd definitely by from the seller again.

  They did a great job bubble wrapping the hell out of all of the pieces to the machine. The big problem was they didn’t send me instructions or any of the hardware/bolts to put it together! I messaged them and still waiting for bolts and instruction to come so I can put this together.
